At Amourastyle, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected, and we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges.
Return or exchange requests must be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, all items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. This ensures that every product we send out maintains the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Please note that, due to intimate nature and hygiene concerns, lingerie and innerwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The only exception is if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered — in such cases, we will gladly accept your request and provide a resolution.
Once your return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days and credited back to your original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed securely through bank transfer or UPI, as per your preference.
